Well, one thing that shouldn't be forgotten despite all
statements to the contrary is that the two sexes are
different.
Women have PMS (although some men have mood swings just as extreme)
and can get pregnant (thank god we don't have to suffer through
that. Imagine pushing an eight pound brick through your penis). Two
things that work very strongly against them in the work
environment.
But in all other factors, they can be as capable as men, as can be
seen by the statistics which show increasing female representation
at tertiary institutes and in the corporate world. Oh of course
there are alot more male top executives, but it is no longer so
uncommon to see women holding the top spots anymore.
